[Casa] Out sick; no CASA coffee today

Hi folks,

No CASA coffee today -- I have had a sinus/throat infection for a few
days that developed into fairly full-blown laryngitis and a fever last
night. I'm going to lay low today, and won't be holding any meetings
unless y'all are interested in my voiceless interpretive dance skills.

The only major news is that an omnibus appropriations act was passed
by the Senate last night, and should be going to the President's desk
for signature today. This means an end to the FY22 continuing resolution.
Even better, it is a fairly "porky" bill, with a pretty good budget for
DOE NP. We will know the details of how it affects lab activities over
the course of a few weeks while DOE distributes funds internally, but
it is a good sign for a modest staff-up of EIC activities and a
potential summer CEBAF run.
