[Casa] Seating chart, org chart, admin wiki

Hi folks,

As I mentioned in the CASA coffee yesterday, the CASA admin wiki
has lots of useful information:

This includes a link to the CASA Org Chart and Seating Map (pptx)
that is the first link in the "Staff" section. This is the
reference location for the latest CASA department org chart.
I also updated it with suggested seating locations for Ryan
(taking over Fanglei's old office) and Kirsten (taking over
Vasiliy's old office). Alex Coxe should sit in the 704-14
student bullpen when he's onsite, using the computer that
Ryan is planning to procure on LDRD funds.

In the medium term, we are all packing up and vacating these
offices, while we shift to a combination of TED occupancy
and hybrid/remote work. I do not yet have details on this or
a schedule for the TED move, but I continue to encourage
everyone to pack up their offices in the TED as much as
possible in anticipation of a move we know is coming.
