Dear colleagues,
FYI -- please note the limitations on in-person meeting size, and the

*Subject: *On-Site Meetings
This is a reminder to those organizing on-site meetings we continue to be limited to a maximum of 50 people. Anything more requires approval of the Secretary of Energy. We don't know when this limit will be lifted.
Also, _all Jefferson Lab visitors are still required to arrive with proof of vaccination or a negative test result before they will be admitted_. This requirement will likely continue through the summer and into the fall and winter so if there is a resurgence of COVID, and CDC elevates the risk in our region, we don't have to turn away surprised visitors.
It is incumbent on meeting organizers to understand the potential risk and make sure the entry requirements are clear in the meeting invites/announcements and that holding any on-site meeting is subject to change based on health and safety conditions.
COVID is apparently making a strong surge through China now.
