Hi folks,

As we briefly discussed at yesterday's CASA coffee, process did come
through yesterday afternoon on completing remote work agreements.
Please see the below email that requests that we complete and approve
remote work agreements by June 1.

Thanks for following through on this. Group leads, please email me
and Tristan with the status of remote work agreements when you have
approved them so we can enter them into the accelerator spreadsheet.
Thanks, and cheers!

Good afternoon,

Now that you have met with your groups and have identified permissible Work Location Types for each position within the Division, the next process is to complete and have all *Remote Work Agreements* *signed and in effect no later than June 1* (see announcement attached). Once submitted and approved, the expectation is for all staff to start working under their Remote Work Agreement or be on site 100%.

When completing the Remote Work Agreement, please be sure to clearly identify days and times for the On-site and Off-site input fields. Employees dedicated On-site are not required to submit an agreement.

Mike has added a "Form Status" column to the Division's Hybrid Work Plan spreadsheet.  Please work with your admins to indicate those who have completed the form and to assure that employees working 100% on-site are listed accordingly on our list so that we don’t email them in error.

*Subject:* Jefferson Lab Remote Work Policy – A Message to Accelerator Division Supervisors from Andrei Seryi
*Importance:* High

Dear Colleagues,

The purpose of this clarifying message is to stress that supervisors need to identify the permissible Work Location Types for each position aligned with guidance provided in the Remote Work Policy between now and May 2.  This identification may or may not require meetings with employees. _However, it is important that supervisors coordinate with their respective department heads who are expected to provide guidance. _

_At this moment, please do not approve any remote work agreements_. This can be done after May 2, and after the department heads and the division review the submitted determinations for work location type for the entire division.

Once determinations are completed, reviewed, and approved we will proceed with the next step, with supervisors meeting with their direct staff to have all Remote Work Agreements signed and in effect no later than June 1.

Thank you,

    Andrei
