Hi everyone,
A point of clarification:
This is a foreign-sponsored event that requires registration, and therefore all JLab people need to add this to the Travel Spreadsheet if you want to attend.
However, STUDENTS can probably avoid this by registering using their university affiliations, rather than the JLab affiliation. The rest of us need to go through the approval process.
Cheers!
Ryan

Subject: History of UK Particle Accelerators
Hi CASA folks,
The IoP is putting on a short series of lectures, accessible via Zoom, about the history of accelerators in the UK. It starts around 04:00 our time on March 7th, but it may be interesting, especially for some of our students. It does require registration, but it’s free.

I just wanted to share, in case anyone wanted to wake up incredibly early (or stay up late?) to catch it.
Cheers!
Ryan
