[Casa] Nice quick DOE read on CREX/PREX/CEBAF ops

Hi folks,

Joe Grames passed along a nice quick read highlighting PREX/CREX
results from CEBAF operations on the DOE website:

It's fun to read about the broad impact of CEBAF experiments
and see them broadcast by DOE -- these results, for instance,
have a direct influence on neutron star size estimates, and
point at inconsistencies with nuclear theory that await resolution.
Worth passing along with our collective contributions to CEBAF
operations. Cheers!
