Reminder in case you still need to perform property validations...

In case you are unsure, go to Insight and look under "Personal
Information" for Property Validation. For example I see

     Porperty validatin: 13 items

So I've got some work to do. :) Cheers!

Property Validation is a three-part process.

 1. Updating training
 2. Renewing Property Storage requests
 3. Validating the location and condition of items assigned

The deadline for 2025’s validation is April 3. Please relay the following information to your staff:

Today, Property Custodian training is up to date for the entire division. This course, like several courses at JLab, renews on an annual cycle… please thank staff for updating all training as soon as they receive a reminder of pending expiration.

To date, 137 Accelerator division staff have completed their property validations! Thanks to those who took quick action.

There are 102 staff who need to update storage requests or complete the validation of property assigned to them. Especially important to complete is validation of property in the CEBAF tunnel. Please remind staff of the pending deadline and encourage them to take time to complete the process.

The attached report was run earlier this morning and shows some detail for each name. Please contact me if you have questions.
