It’s only for residents of the City of Newport News and city employees.     I hope some of your employees are able to take advantage of it!    Of all the locations they can be picked up from, I suggest JLAB go to City Center-    it’s right around the corner.   Make sure they come in early to get the passes as the first week is The Virginia Living Museum.
