There is no new shutdown news; I encourage everyone to attend the
in-person all-hands meetings tomorrow, with preference for the
afternoon session as the morning session is in overflow. I will be
at the afternoon session and will ask about H1B planning if we don't
hear anything specific about it.

We have completed the majority of our self-appraisals on the appraisal
timeline, but have a few outliers. Please complete your self-appraisal
ASAP if you have not done so already. Thanks much to those that have!
