[Clas12_calcom] commissioning review panel

Dear All,
as you may remember at our last meeting, we discussed about the review 
of the commissioning-with-beam plan and possible names for the review 
panel. The preference was for a panel of four people, with three from 
Jlab and one outsider. The names that were mentioned are the following 
(in alphabetical order):
Hovanes Egyian
Mark Ito
David Lawrence
Dave Mack
Elton Smith
Stepan Stepanyan
Glenn Young
As outsider, we mentioned Lars Schmitt who is the Panda Technical 
coordinator.
I would like to ask you whether you have other names to suggest and what 
your preferences would be.
We should come to a final decision on who we should ask first to serve 
on this review panel at our next meeting on Friday Oct. 3rd.
