[Clas12_calcom] CalCom review final dry runs

Dear Commissioning Review Speakers,
first of all let me thank you all for the time you have been dedicating 
to preparing the talks and present them during this week.
As mentioned previously, we will have the final dry runs on Monday 
starting at 10:30 AM. We will follow the order of the talks in the 
review agenda to check once more that the talks come together 
coherently. After the dry runs we will have time till mid day Tuesday to 
make final adjustments to the talks before they will be printed for the 
review panel.
For people on site, room A110 has been reserved. A bluejeans meeting was 
also setup and the corresponding information are given below.
