[Clas12_calcom] CALCOM Meeting Friday May 4

Dear All,

There will be a CALCOM meeting this Friday, May 4 at 10 a.m. EST. The preliminary agenda is available at

subsystem folks to present a few slides (no more than 3 per system) showing the following:

1) The status of the calibration suites
2) The level of the subsystem performance compared to specifications
3) Readiness for pass-0 calibrations (including folks working on subsystem calibrations)
4) Remaining issues and work to optimize/improve calibrations in the months ahead
5) Documentation status (calibration algorithms, database constants, tutorials)

before putting any new constants in the ccdB.

Let me know if you have other topics to discuss or updates that you would like to give. If you have slides to 
show please link them to the wiki before the meeting.

The meeting will be in L210A for people on site. Remote participants can connect via bluejeans following the 
instructions given below.
