Folks,
As a reminder (and already announced in my email from Tuesday), we will be having a
CALCOM meeting tomorrow at 10 a.m.. As you can see from the agenda (see
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/CalCom_Meeting_5/4/2018 <https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/CalCom_Meeting_5/4/2018>), there are lots of
updates scheduled. I am expecting representation and a brief presentation (no more than
3 slides!) from each of the detector subsystem groups as we get ready cooking of RG-A
data. I have posted my slides for CTOF/FTOF as an example.
As I stated in my email on Tuesday, please address the following points in your update:
1) The status of the calibration suites
2) The level of the subsystem performance compared to specifications
3) Readiness for pass-0 calibrations (including folks working on subsystem calibrations)
4) Remaining issues and work to optimize/improve calibrations in the months ahead
5) Documentation status (calibration algorithms, database constants, tutorials)
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Daniel
