[Clas12_calcom] RGC Runs 16170 and 16279 ready for calibration after FTOF

Dear detector contacts,
RGC runs 16170 and 16279 have been cooked with the calib schema and train.
The calib skims can be found under:
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/calib/8.1.2/calib/train/
and are available for all those subsystems needing to calibrate after FTOF.
