[Clas12_calcom] RGC production run at 10.6 GeV ready for calibrations

Dear all,
the first good production run of RG-C at 10.6 GeV is now ready for
calibrations.
The recon files can be found under
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/calib/calib/recon/016148/
The calib-train skims can be found under
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/calib/calib/train/
