[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] Re: RGB F19/S20 run ranges

Hi Silvia,

For FT, we plan to recalibrate the same runs we used for pass1. The list is shown below based on FTCal CCDB entry. These runs would cover the FTHodo needs too.
