> Dear all,
> this coming Friday (November 18th) there will be the "ready for
> calibration" review of RGB Fall19/Spring20, in order to officially start
> the recalibration for the pass2 of the last two pieces of RGB.
> The charge is unchanged since the previous review:
> 1) Overview of the dataset
> 2) Run Group leadership, responsibilities , manpower
> 3) Recalibration effort: number of runs to calibrate for each subsystem
> with their applicable run ranges ( based on the work for the pass 1
> calibration)
> 4) Overview of the list of production and calibration runs to be included
> in the calibration timelines
> 5) Detailing of known problems during any of the production/calibration
> runs that affect the calibration quality
> 6) Detector subsystem calibration QA specs
> 7) Recalibration timeline (2 month window ) with trackable milestones
> leading up to the pass 2 ready for cooking review
>
> I need the feedback of all detector contacts to address points 3), 5), 6)
