[Clas12_calcom] Reminder: need of detector expert feedback for RGB F19/S20 ready-for-calibration review

Ciao Silvia,
For LTCC:
S19: a couple of runs near the end may need a second look
F19: run range 11093 to 11286 needs to be recalibrated, one run seems to be enough.
S20: recalibrating the first run should be enough
Valerio should be able to take care of all of this next week.
I also asked Dan to modify the acceptable nphe range to 11-14 to account for gas impurity - or ideally the range could be run-dependent, is that possible?
