Hi Timothy,
I don't agree in your analysis of the CND timelines. The time offset
(which is the most important timeline for the CND) sees all runs within
specs (aside from one, for which the histograms appear all empty).
The outliers in the edep and vdiff timeline are mainly bad fits.
Before diving blindly into more calibrations, I propose you to do the same
thing we did in RGB: run the timelines using 20 files/run. You'll see that
a lot of apparent outliers will get back into specs, as the higher
statistics helped to improve the fits. If the fits still fail but plots
look ok, we can look into the timeline code and see if there is something
wrong with the way some initial parameters are given, or things like that.
