Hi all,
We have produced what, in theory, could be the final qa timelines for pass(2)-0. Please have a detailed look at your subsystems and let me and CALCOM know what you think. I have some individual thoughts below, but some big notes: 6722 is an extremely low statistics run that basically looks “off” in all of the QA timelines because the histograms are empty. It was cooked for pass-1 but possibly we should just skip it now. Another big issue is run 6704 which seems to have missing information in sector 3, which causes issues in lots of subsystems. Additionally, the HTCC timelines are not currently appearing online because of a typo in the newest GitHub code that has been corrected. It should get fixed sometime in the next day or so, but I wanted to go ahead and send around the versions that were working since it’s almost close-of-business. When it’s fixed I’ll make sure the url is the same but if you happen to click on clas12mon and nothing at all is loading you probably caught me in the ~30 minute window where the change to the fixed version was happening.

RF - 6722 has extreme outlier for rftime electron FD mean cause by seemingly empty histogram due to low statistics. Low lumi run. Is this okay?
LTCC - still empty histogram for run 6704 and 6722. 6722 is very low statistics, as said above, but 6704 is a full run?
HTCC - Timelines appear not to be loading for this system. Looking into it.
FTOF - More 6722 problems. Maybe we should just drop that run, but it was included in pass-1... Run 6728 has a randomly extra large sigma on p1a sector 6. The fit looks good. The p2 vertex t appears to be blank.
FT - 6724, 6725 are both empty target runs and have double peaks in the pi0 mass spectrum, causing the average mass to be very low (it fit the first peak). Is this okay? I know we wanted to focus on the special runs being produced well for pass 2.
Forward - 6704 is empty in sector 3 (same issue as LTCC?) for electron vz, but not for "negatives" (or positives?)
EC - 6704 empty in sector 3. ec pip time mean is all right on the edge and shifted from 0. Is that okay? the ec pim is centered at 0.
DC - lots of sl residual outliers but mostly due to imperfect fits that we've discussed at length. Fit is underestimating the peak.
CTOF - a few outliers on edep but the fits look better...
CND - There are still a lot of outliers and to be honest, in the places where the timeline shows a good result, the fits are actually really poor (e.g., and zdiff sigma QA has lots of extremely underestimated sigmas in the fits). I differ to detector expert’s opinions.
Best regards,
Timothy
