Folks,

Due to the RG-B Spr19 ready for cooking review taking place this Friday, we will not have a CALCOM meeting this week. In
terms of a brief progress update to keep everyone up to date:

1) RG-B Spr19:
 - Physics analyses ongoing for fully cooked runs
 - Preparing presentations and pre-brief material for ready for cooking review
 - New pass-0/timelines available with the pass-2 software (pass0/v28.23_v28.26_8c.3.2) that included the new CVT
   seeding algorithm
 - Additional calibrations for CTOF were found to be needed after producing timelines with the new CVT reconstruction
code with the improved seeding algorithm

2) RG-A Spr19:
 - Physics analyses for fully cooked runs ongoing using the old CVT seeding algorithm - available results shown at the RG-A
   meeting today
 - Plan to submit cooking of 30 runs for additional physics analyses using the CVT reconstruction with the updated
seeding algorithm - this will be followed by analysis studies
 - Plan to re-run the pass-0/timelines using the pass-2 software for final calibration validation; the most recent timelines
(pass2/sp19/pass0/sp19_v0.11_qa) were done using the older 8.2.4 reconstruction (before the improved CVT seeding
   algorithm)
 - Plan to schedule the pass-2 ready for cooking review after the upcoming CLAS Collaboration meeting

3) RG-K:
 - Alignment of CVT is advancing - plan to run pass-0 soon for initial calibration assessment

4) RG-C:
 - Calibration in progress for recent run with reversed solenoid field - FTOF calibration completed yesterday and the run
is being recooked for the other subsystems to calibrate
 - Alignment of CVT advancing - plan to run pass-0 soon for the FT-On portion of the run to start the calibration process

5) RG-M:
 - New pass-0/timelines available after RF calibration (pass0.9_qa)
 - Based on the new timelines, run selection for FTOF calibration was completed (35 runs) and the cooking is in progress
 - FTOF calibration will begin after the cooking is complete and will take about 2 weeks to complete

Let me know if you have any questions.

Regards,
Daniel
