[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] Latest RGA Sp19 pass(2)-0 timelines

Hi Timothy,
sorry, after sending you my previous email I checked the timelines :-)
Things are not so bad, actually,for CND. Timing resolutions are all within
specs, and the zdiff (which was systematically off before calibrating), is
getting back into specs. I'll add to CCDB the other runs, that I
calibrated last week, tomorrow.
