[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] URGENT: for RG_K commissioning runs

Dear Calibration Team,

we are about to start RG-K and I would kindly ask you to check for your 
subsystem:

  * status = 0 for all channel for runs starting from 19 200 to infinity
  * what is the status of the calibration constants for the same run
    range and make sure it is updated to the latest constant values in
    the ccdb.
  * please send me a feedback on the situation.
