[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] URGENT: for RG_K commissioning runs

Dear Annalisa,

For PCAL/ECAL the raw (uncalibrated) PMT gains need to be renormalized periodically and I prefer to do it in between run periods.  This is needed for uniformity of the trigger response.  My plan is to change the HV from analysis of the ongoing RG-D 10-file pass0 runs used to make the online timelines.  I will use the last 50 or so runs.

If I do this immediately after RG-D ends at 7am I can check it right away with cosmic runs until tuning starts in the afternoon.  This will give me an advantage over waiting for the first RG-K calibration runs, since I can use those runs for the final calibration rather than using them for further HV adjustments.  

Anyway we can discuss it tomorrow at CALCOM.
