[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Fa18 pass-0 timelines following subsystem calibrations

Dear Timothy, Annalisa, Lucilla,
both rga and rgk timelines for the RICH show only few runs, several are 
missing. In addition, rga is also missing many variables.
For rgk, the reason is that the RICH hipo file is corrupted or empty for 
the missing runs.
I believe the same is happening for rga.
To check what is going on, I downloaded the latest software version from 
github:

and run it on ifarm on the runs 5700-5706 for rgk and 5032-5038 for rga, 
all of them missing in the timelines.
I didn't get any error for the RICH (I got a bunch of java errors on the 
cnd though).
