[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Sp19 pass-2 release timelines available

Hi Timothy,

The trigger mask timeline affects the pizero yield and calibration, cutting the yield by 2/3 and shifting the mean several MeV closer to the physical mass. Since e- are not required for pizero reconstruction in clas12-timeline this is not unexpected, since other non-electron triggers may be dominated by inclusive pizero production, where in addition there is sub-optimal or no vertex reconstruction, which is needed for the most precise 2-gamma opening angle measurement.

The electron SF timeline is unchanged.

By my eye everything looks basically identical to the 8.7.0 timeline (sp19_v0.20_qa), which is expected and desired, but I would appreciate it you could also double check your system for approval.
