[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] First post-subsystem calibrations pass-0 for RGA Fa18 outbending available

Dear CALCOM,

The pass-0 following subsystem calibrations for the RGA Fa18 outbending portion (only the outbending portion!) is available: rga_fa18_v0.18_qa<https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rga/pass2/fa18/pass0/rga_fa18_v0.18_qa/tlsummary/>. I’ll send out individual emails as necessary to make sure everyone receives these and to communicate some individual thoughts but please let me know what you think and if you would like additional runs cooked for further calibration.
