[Clas12_calcom] RGC Summer2022 timelines available to pick runs for calibrations

Dear detector contacts,
after RF calibration was completed a few days ago, we ran a new timeline
for RGC Summer2022, you can find it here:

DC, FTOF, CTOF, and CND have already completed their calibrations.
Please send me your requests for runs to be cooked to calibrate your
subsystems.
