[Clas12_calcom] RGC S22 Pass0 files location and timelines

Dear CalCom,
A pass0 was just completed for RGC summer22. The next steps are RF calibration and sanity check of the beam offsets. The data can be found at:

/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/pass0/mon/v0.13/mon/recon

The timelines can be found at: https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgc/Summer2022//pass0v0.13/tlsummary

If your subsystem is not going to be affected by RF calibrations, some runs are being cooked and will be soon available for calibration.
