[Clas12_calcom] RG-E reference runs for calibration

Folks,

The cooking of two RG-E reference runs for calibration, r20015 and r20046, after the FTOF
calibrations has been completed. The CALIB train output files are located at:
/volatile/clas12/rg-e/production/calib/v2.1/calib/train
Please proceed with calibration of your systems to provide an online reference. We can talk 
more at CALCOM this week.
