[Clas12_calcom] Hardware status tables

Subsystem Folks,

As was discussed at CALCOM last week, we should move ahead in completing the run-by-run hardware
status tables for our different datasets (RG-A Spr18, RG-C F22, RG-C W23, RG-D, RG-K Spr24). I
would like to work with the different Run Group Analysis Coordinators to get the appropriate mon12
histograms collected and moved to disk. Please send me the list of mon12 plots that are appropriate
for your subsystem so that we do not miss any. Let me know too if you do not need the mon12 plots for
this assessment.

Systems: BAND, CND, CTOF, DC, ECAL, FT, FTOF, HTCC, LTCC
