[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] Re: final (hopefully) timelines for RGC summer2022

Dear Silvia,

The only 2.2 GeV ECAL outliers are run 16043 where apparently there were no trigger bits at all, and run 16066 which did not get a CCDB timing calibration update until Jan 6, after the v0.18 timestamp. 

The pizero energy at 2.2 GeV was too low to produce useable yield for 2 photons in the same sector. 

The electrons/trigger shows an outlier at run 16078, where the trigger bits with inbending DC roads (1-6) first appeared, so the timeline code defaulted to those bits and the trigger efficiency increased.
