[Clas12_calcom] final (hopefully) timelines for RGC summer2022

Hi Silvia,

Same for FTCal. The only exceptions are the empty target runs and the runs right after the target irradiation that are not recoverable.

For RF, all runs are within specs except for a few runs between 16089 and 16099: let me know if those need to be fixed.
