[Clas12_calcom] Start of RG-E - action needed

HI Daniel,

status table are set correctly for DC and latest calibration (T0) was set to infinity.
I could change it to different HV setting by adding 1ns but I think it is better to just calibrate with data.

Folks,

The RG-E beam run will be starting as soon as tomorrow during swing shift. Before data
taking begins, be sure that you have extended your final RG-K Spr24 calibrations out to
infinity in ccdb for your subsystems. Also be sure that your hardware status tables have
channel status set to zero to start so that all channel repairs/recoveries are not lost.
Please send me email by tomorrow afternoon of the status of your systems.
