[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] Re: Start of RG-E - action needed

Daniel,

Tonight I reset PCAL/ECAL HV based on RG-K late run pass0 based calibrations and set the CCDB gains to default, as per my RG-D->RG-K procedure, which worked well.  If RG-E starts with inbending fields this will require another HV adjustment after the calibration run, but I anticipated this anyway for 5 pass.  Otherwise tables are ready.
