Dear CalCom Calibration Experts,

Based on our discussion in last week's meeting, we processed the cooking
for the Pass0v9 timeline, which can be accessed at
https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgd/pass0v9/tlsummary/. My current observations
are as follows:

CTOF: It seems widening the selection window for the CD good tracks with
that additional flag cut in the YAML file resolved the issue for some
spectra; see, e.g., the attached comparison between CTOF time-sigma for
PAss0v7, v8, and v9, even though I believe we are still missing some data
points for solid-foil runs, but we didn't quantify that yet. The Y-axis
scale is slightly different between these distributions, but I guess the
scale is automatically adjusted based on the range/spread of data
points!? Daniel
and Raffaella's.... thoughts and feedback are appreciated!

ECal/PCal: Cole's over-weekend CCDB update to restore the previously
extracted time offsets in Oct. 2024 while preserving the time-walk
correction performed after the Pass0v7 timeline seems to have fixed the
outliers issue observed in Pass0v8, especially for PCal S1 and S4. Cole's
feedback is appreciated.

Additional issues: For some reason, Pass0v9 is missing RICH, CND, and
Helicity information. Mathieu tried to debug this based on the error
messages he got while producing the timeline, but the problem was not
resolved. He needs to discuss it further with Chris.
I believe we can discuss all these findings in tomorrow's CalCom meeting.

Best,

Lamiaa
