[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Sp18 v0_24 timeline available

Dear CALCOM,

I have emailed the subsystem experts directly but also wanted to send out a formal email to the mailing list. The potential final full timelines for RGA Sp18 using cj 11.1.0 and following all calibration efforts are available here<https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rga/pass2/sp18/pass0/sp18_v0.24/tlsummary/>. Please have a look at your relevant subsystem and let me know your thoughts on the final calibrations. There are certainly a few runs here and there that appear outside the formal qa lines but that can possibly be attributed to poor fits, special settings, etc.
