[Clas12_deepana] [EXTERNAL] DPWG release for DNP

I hope that it is not too late for you to check (please see attachment) 
if I have missed any revisions/improvements as discussed on Monday. I 
also do have the values of the data points if anybody wants to confirm 
the fits; just please let me know.
