[Clas12_first_exp] clas12 first experiment meeting August 2 in F224/25 at 8:30

Dear all,

We will have our weekly CLAS12 First Experiment Meeting, tomorrow 
Wednesday August 2 at 8:30 am. For the people onsite we will meet 
F224/25. For the people offsite you can connect via bluejeans see 
instructions below.

The focus of the meeting tomorrow will focus on the status of offline 
software with special focus on the tracking: Veronique

  * Tracking in the drift chambers, time to distance, calibration,
    simulations and reconstruction, status/issues and plans
  * Path forward and time-line to the CLAS12 baseline release (all
    detector included, simulations and reconstruction) for systematic
    physics simulation/reconstruction and documentation in preparation
    of the CLAS12 Ready for Science Review, scheduled end of September.
