[Clas12_first_exp] Run Coodinator meeting today

Folks,

We will have a Run Coordinator meeting this afternoon at 2:30 p.m.. For people 
on-site, the meeting will take place upstairs in the Counting House conference 
room.

We had expected beam delivery to begin today, but have been shifted back by
24 hours and hopefully can expect beam delivery to begin tomorrow. Given that 
we are ready to begin, this may be a relatively short one to relate progress and the 
latest news.
