[Clas12_first_exp] Hall B status tomorrow - day shift

Folks,

The machine will be down tomorrow during day shift for RF recovery. The current plan
is to put Hall B into Controlled Access. As we have a limited number of keys, please
coordinate with me your work plans that require access to the hall. Let me know if you
have any questions.
