[Clas12_first_exp] CLAS12 First experiment 6/20/18

Dear all,

We will have our CLAS12 First experiment tomorrow Wednesday 6/20/18 at 
8:30 in F224/25

We had 3 milestones for June 20 the focus of the meeting is to review 
each one of them

  *      DNP abstracts to the working groups for approval
  *      Complete the calibration of run 4013 and ready for Pass0
  *      Software release for pass0

Agenda for the meeting:

 1. Abstract to DNP
      * Abstract to DNP from Deep Processes Working Group ( Marcro
        Contalbrigo)
      * Abstract to DNP MesonX (Marco Battaglieri)
      * Abstract to DNP Nucleon Structure (Ralf Gothe)

 2. Calibration status of run 4013 and readiness for pass0, to have an
    efficient meeting please send one slide/system:quality of the
    calibration and status of the constants
      * TOF (Dan)
      * DC (Latif)
      * PCAL/EC (Cole)
      * LTCC (Maurizio)
      * RICH (Marco Contalbrigo)
      * FT (Raffaella)
      * HTCC (Nick)
      * CTOF (Dan)
      * CND (Silvia)
 3. Ready for Release 5a.4.0?
