[Clas12_first_exp] Status and shifts update

Dear Collaborators, 

The accelerator restoration is going well and there is a good chance to get some beam in Hall B this weekend. 
The plan is to lock up the hall today after 3 pm. Shifts are cancelled until 16:00 tomorrow Friday March 23. All following shifts are on a stand by for now. Stay tuned for further updates. 

We still don't have volunteers for expert shifts for the period April 1-16! Please sign up.
