[Clas12_first_exp] Status and shifts update

Dear Collaborators, 

The accelerator crewe continues restoration process. Last night they managed to get beam on Hall B dumplett. 
Hall B is locked up and will stay in controlled access until they are ready to send us beam. 

We resume Hall B shifts at 08:00 tomorrow, Saturday March 24th. 

We need volunteer shift experts for April 1-16! Please sign up
