[Clas12_first_exp] Machine and Hall B status, no RC meeting today

Dear All,

The accelerator cannot go beyond the 760kW and are trying to understand 
where this limitation comes from. It will be their main concern for 
today. They might try to send us beam late day shift, early swing shift.

In the Hall, Tagger magnet is energized, collimator is blank and 
detectors are OFF (except PCAL/ECAL,... we also wait for the last minute 
to turn off DCs since beam is very unlikely this morning.).

There will be no RC meeting today.
