[Clas12_first_exp] Acc status update

Dear All,

Since the scheduled tour and RF recoveries on Wednesday afternoon, and we were ready to receive beam soon afterwards (magnets up, target full, detectors ready). But we still do not have beam. There were three issues. The BLA trip issue was resolved around 4pm, and the RF issue(1L05 won’t go to HV) was resolved before 5pm. However, the main issue preventing the machine getting back online is actually a network outage problem. The last advice from PD from 1AM Thursday is that it will be hours at least before we can expect beam, since even after the network issues are resolved, accelerator still need to perform a full machine setup. Hopefully we will know more at the MCC meeting in the morning, and I will update all of you ASAP.

Due to this delay, the planned special runs (DAQ study/FT-only runs) by Sergey and Raffaella probably should be rescheduled to Friday together with the random trigger runs.
