[Clas12_first_exp] Accelerator status/Hall access/cosmic, calibration runs/meeting today at 3pm

Dear All,

Steve (PD) gave us an update this morning at the MCC meeting. If you read somewhere in the logbook that the beam might be back in four hours around noon — it won’t happen. The best case scenario would be sometime during the swing shift when we could expect beam to back. The network issue is nearly resolved. However, there are a lot of remaining items the accelerator team needs to address before they can deliver beam. 

This gives us an opportunity for Hall Access if anyone needs it. Please let PDL and me know if you do need it.

Additionally, if anyone needs special runs that do not need beam, such as cosmic runs, LED runs, calibration runs, please let me and the shift leader know.

Realistically, we have about two days of data taking left if all goes well. Therefore, we must have a meeting today at 3pm to discuss the remaining plans.
