[Clas12_first_exp] Accelerator status/Hall access/cosmic, calibration runs/meeting today at 3pm

Hello Lei and all;

If possible, I would like to have a short alignment run with
the torus turned off, but with the solenoid on.

This would reduce our background from very low momentum electrons
and should be complementary to the data we have already
acquired (run 2467). In that data, we can use the target position
as a constraint, but as I said we have a large contamination of
very low-momentum tracks.

An hour should give us good statistics.
Because of a doctor's appointment, I may not be able to be
at today's meeting, but please discuss this.

                     regards, Mac

The best case scenario would be sometime during the swing shift when we could expect beam to back. The network issue is nearly resolved. However, there are a lot of remaining items the accelerator team needs to address before they can deliver beam.
