[Clas12_first_exp] Validation of new DC-roads for the electron trigger

Dear All;, 

The DC-road trigger in principle was validated in the past. Raffaella confirms that the new DC roads table were validated off-line. Nobody can guarantee of course that the firmware trigger has no bug but the risk is small. So we have to decide how to proceed. 

I prepared the trigger without DC roads in case we will decide to wait until validation will be finished.
