[Clas12_first_exp] No RC meeting today

Dear Rafo
This is not statistics. To count electrons, I have a momentum cut, theta
cut, and vertex cut. To count time based tracks I only cut on the sector to
be different from that of the electron. I think the differences are
systematically differences between sectors. It may also be that the
differences are large because the calibration differences between sectors.
I am sure others will look at those runs also to check these results.
